Starting the Quest and Entering the Portal

To begin the mission, players need to unlock the Forest of Valor biome and locate Kristoff standing near a mysterious dark portal. After speaking with Kristoff, you learn that Donald Duck fearlessly stepped through the portal to investigate the dark magic affecting the valley. Stepping into the portal transports you directly into the eerie Dark Grove to gather initial clues.

Gathering Key Clues and Tracking Ingredients

Upon entering the foggy area, pick up Donald's Feather lying on the ground alongside a unique plant from the Dark Grove. Return through the portal to consult with Merlin, who will task you with creating a tracking spell to locate Donald. You will need to gather four Dream Shards, two Emeralds, and the items retrieved from the grove to help Merlin cast his spell.

Following the Enchanted Feather to Donald Duck

Once Merlin empowers the feather, return to the Dark Grove to begin tracking Donald Duck through the dense fog. Pay close attention to the path of the glowing feather, as losing sight of it will reset your navigation progress. Stay close behind the floating guide until you reach the clearing where Donald is waiting.

Restoring the Pillar of Courage

After speaking with Donald, he hands over the Orb of Courage needed to cleanse the Forest of Valor. Head back through the portal and interact with the Forest Pillar to place the orb inside its base. Finish the quest by speaking with Donald Duck once more, officially welcoming him back as a resident of the valley.
